Refunds Policy

WorldPay manages the processing of online payments through the DP&L Travel website.


If you have made an online payment through the DP&L Travel website via WorldPay, in error, (for example, an overpayment) and would like to request a refund then please contact us by e-mail at [email protected] 


Please provide details of the error, quoting your booking reference number, the date that payment was made and the amount of the payment.


We will investigate the circumstances of your request and if validated by DP&L Travel, we will then issue a refund to you within 10 workings days. All refunds will be credited to the payment card used to make the original payment.
